Improvements & Defect Fixes

Billing

• Medication Billing Profiles
  • We resolved an issue in Medication Billing Profiles where procedures with Use Unit Cap enabled failed to calculate and aggregate units correctly. Charges now reflect accurate totals based on appointment length and appear as a single line in Charge Entry and My Billing.
• 270 Eligibility Requests - Errors
  • An issue was fixed where the Errors button in 270 Eligibility Requests, showed a blank popup after failures. Error messages now display correctly for easier troubleshooting.
• Update to ReasonCode field in Ledger
  • We fixed an unhandled exception when opening Ledger for certain patients by increasing the character limit in the ReasonCode field. Ledger access is now restored. 

CCBHC

• Updated LOINC Code mapping
  • We updated LOINC code mappings in Setup for Race and Ethnicity. “Asian” now maps to 2028-9 and new options “Asked but Unknown” and “Unknown” were added with codes ASKU and UNK. 

Forms

• Progress Note Hard Stop
  • An issue was fixed where required note signatures after service end time failed when optional signatures were present. Validation now correctly handles signature types, preventing timestamp errors. 
• DCF Mental Health Outcome form
  • We fixed an issue in DCF_PERF_17 where contract numbers did not populate. Insurance is now correctly selected based on the patient’s program, ensuring valid contract dates. 
• Group Notes
  • We fixed an issue that was preventing Group Notes from printing. The print button now functions correctly, restoring preview and dialog access. 
• Progress Note History Display
  • An issue was corrected where voided charges caused duplicate rows in the Progress Note History grid. The form now accounts for voided charges, displaying only one row per Progress Note ID.
• PAS forms Validation Error
  • We fixed a validation error in PAS forms where SSNs ending in “0000” were incorrectly flagged. Forms 44N, 45N, 46N, and 61N now accept “0000” when full SSN is unavailable, per OASAS guidelines.
• Signature Issue
  • ​​​​​​​We fixed an issue in TGI_PN forms where resigning showed the correct name but retained the previous signature. System logic now ensures the signature matches the signing user, even without a stored signature.
• Medication Orders Error
  • ​​​​​​​In TGI_MOv2, an error was discovered when saving Medication Orders in the OTP chart. Refresh logic in the Medication Dispensing screen was updated to ensure stable saves without triggering errors.

PROS Forms

• Updates to PROS Forms
  • We introduced CRIP3 PROS Initial Recovery Plan V2 with updated fields in Plan Info, Goals, and Additional Info tabs, including new text fields, revised labels, and removal of outdated items.
  • We released CRIP3 PROS Initial Recovery Plan V3 with updated fields in Plan Info, PROS Goals, and Additional Info tabs, including revised text fields and improved labels. 

FormLab

• FormLab Progress Notes
  • ​​​​​​​We corrected an issue where FormLabs progress notes stayed editable after signing. Forms now lock on initial signature, preserving multi-signature and copy/paste functionality.

General

• eCR Help Side Menu
  • ​​​​​​​The obsolete User Manual link from the eCR Help side bar menu has been removed from the system. Although previously removed from the Help dropdown in v2.51.0.0, it still appeared in the side bar.

Regulatory

• PCS 2025 
  • ​​​​​​​The OMH Patient Characteristics Survey 2025 form (OMH_PCS_25) was created with updated questions and improved print formatting. 
  • We added queuing to the PCS 2025 form, allowing users to select and queue the latest survey version and generate files from selected forms. 
  • We updated the OMH PCS Export Report for 2025 with revised column headers, removed outdated fields like COVID data, and aligned descriptions with the OMH_PCS_25 form. 
  • The Submission Center was updated to generate fixed-width files for PCS 2025, with new field mappings, padding logic, and validations. Only the latest survey version is processed for compatibility. 

Reporting

• PCS 2025 
  • ​​​​​​​The OMH PCS 2025 File Generation Summary report was updated with a new title, version number, default start date, and description to reflect the 2025 survey period. 
• PAS 48N Report
  • ​​​​​​​The logic in the PAS-48N report was corrected to properly classify visits using CPT and rate codes for lines V18, V23, and V24. 
• DEA Summary Report​​​​​​​
  • ​​​​​​​We fixed DEA Summary report logic to correctly display Suboxone Films without including Buprenorphine. Dispenses are no longer counted as adjustments, and inventory totals are now accurate. 
• Caseload Detail Report
  • An issue was fixed in the Caseload Detail Report where the Primary Therapist column was blank for all patients after the v2.50 upgrade. 
• Caseload Report
  • ​​​​​​​We fixed Caseload Report issues where Primary Insurance showed as “RP” for all patients and the Detail report failed to display the Primary User. 
• Insurance Authorization Report
  • ​​​​​​​The Insurance Authorization Report was corrected to display the actual medical record number (MRN) instead of the client’s chart number in the Med Rec # column. 
• Eligibility Compare to Insurance Report
  • ​​​​​​​We fixed a query execution error in the Eligibility Compare to Insurance report. Users can now run the report without encountering processing failures. 
• Payments and Charges by Payer Details Report
  • ​​​​​​​An error in the Payments and Charges by Payer Details report caused by a missing stored procedure has been resolved. Report functionality is now restored. 
• Alert Report by Rule & Alert Report - Dates​​​​​​​
  • ​​​​​​​We fixed data return issues in Alert Report by Rule and Alert Report - Dates caused by misconfigured parameters. The ProgramIDs filter was removed and Today Date Only was replaced with a date picker. 
• No Show Rate Report
  • ​​​​​​​We removed the No Show Rate report from sample dashboards due to failure caused by missing legacy sample data from 2013. 
• PAS Submission Reports
  • ​​​​​​​PAS Submission reports now accurately reflect PAS 44N forms as signed and locked instead of incorrectly showing them as not started. 
• New report related to Posting Activity By Date of Deposit Report
  • ​​​​​​​We added a new report titled Posting Activity By Date of Deposit with Rendering Provider, featuring a Rendering Provider column to show the clinician who delivered services for each date.

Stability & Performance

• Appointments View
  • ​​​​​​​Performance of the pbi.Appointments view was improved.
  • Original fields have been restored in the pbi.Appointments view.
• Procedure Line Exceptions 
  • ​​​​​​​We fixed a timeout error in the Procedure Line Exceptions tab during auto posting by optimizing query performance to prevent screen freeze and improve reliability. 
• Eligibility Request UI
  • ​​​​​​​The Eligibility Request UI now accurately reflects partial failures. We introduced batch processing with single connection, improved error handling, and retry support for failed requests.

USCDI v3

• Updates to TGI_HQ form
  • ​​​​​​​The TGI_HQ form was updated to version 3 with a new Pregnancy section, including fields for Pregnancy Status and Intention. Lookup tables are editable, and print/preview now reflect the new section to support USCDI v3 standards. 
• New Report Types added to Lookup Table Crosswalk
  • ​​​​​​​New report types (SNOMED, LOINC, NullFlavor, DataAbsentReason, AdministrativeGender, and NAICS) were added to the Lookup Table Crosswalk in Setup/Lookup Manager, supporting improved codification and USCDI v3 interoperability. 
• Updates to Health Questions v3 form
  • ​​​​​​​The Health Questions v3 form now supports Disability Status tracking. Renamed section to Cognitive, Functional, and Disability Status, added new dropdown options, and implemented dynamic logic for status selection.
