- Last Edited SOAP Note Dates Updating without Edits
- We updated the integration API to prevent edits from the PMS from updating the Last Edited date when no actual edits are recorded in the activity log.
- SOAP Note PDFs not reflecting Edits
- We resolved an issue caused by occasional timeouts during the save process, ensuring all edits are now properly reflected in the PDF output.
- Targets Incorrectly Auto-Opening from Mastery
- We fixed a defect where targets copied from curriculum libraries were auto-opening incorrectly.
- Past Due Account Login Error
- Addressed and resolved an error that prevented users with past due accounts from logging in.

- Data Collection App not displaying SOAP Notes from Past 30 Days for some Students
- We resolved an edge case in the SOAP Note saving process that was causing an error and preventing recent notes from displaying properly in the app.
