- Client Portal
- You can now share treatment plans through the Client Portal for electronic signatures. Clients and authorized contacts can review and sign treatment plans online, while staff can track signature status, receive completion notifications, and manage access directly within the system. - Schedule
- You can now sync your Google Calendar in both directions. In addition to sending Ensora appointments to Google, personal Google Calendar events can appear in your Ensora schedule, giving you a more complete view of your availability.
- The client/group/event field on the appointment modal now includes clearer instructions and a recently viewed clients list, making it easier to find clients and schedule appointments.
- Cases & Notes
- AI Session Assistant has been renamed to Ensai Session Assistant throughout the product, including subscription pages, communications, alert preferences, and consent language.
- Reports
- The Payment Methods, Payment, Invoice Aging, and Staff Billing reports have been updated with a refreshed experience that offers improved consistency, accessibility, and navigation.
- System-wide
- A HIPAA confidentiality notice has been added to automated platform emails to provide appropriate privacy disclosures when email communications may contain protected health information.
Defect Fixes
- Reports
- Corrected an issue that could cause the Daily Billing Report page to become unresponsive when exporting large reports. Large exports now automatically use offline processing to improve reliability.
- Billing
- Resolved an issue that could prevent invoice links from being available for some Stripe invoices. Improvements to invoice processing have increased the reliability of invoice link availability.
