New Features & Improvements

• ICD-10 Codes
  • ICD-10-CM codes have been updated to reflect the October 1, 2025 release.
• Updated Batches Screen Display
  • The Batches screen now provides improved visibility of attached claims for all Remittances.
• USCDI v3 Compliance Updates
  • To support USCDI version 3, the following enhancements have been made:
    • Vital Signs: Head Occipital Circumference can now be recorded.
    • Health Concerns: A dropdown field has been added to support valid SNOMED values.
    • Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) Interventions: These can now be reported in the CCD and FHIR API by selecting a specific Service Category on the Service Definition. 
    • Data Absent Reasons and NULL Flavors: These can now be configured under Defined Lists > Additional Codes. 
• Updated eRx Integration
  • Medication Start and End Dates now reflect the Prescription dates from eRx. Additionally, Pending Medications deleted in eRx are automatically removed from the EHR for the client in focus.

Defect Fixes

• Claim Write-off Fix
  • The Claim Write-off feature now uses Service Data rather than Transaction Date to identify matching charges.
• Client Diagnoses Fix
  • When adding Client Diagnoses to a service from an event, all of a client's diagnoses are now available, rather than only the Primary diagnosis.
