New Features & Improvements

  • Schedule
    Introducing a more intuitive scheduling experience:
    • The Schedule page has been refreshed with a modern layout, enabling you to seamlessly access multiple schedule views, quickly filter the data in each view, and efficiently schedule Individual, Group, and Non-Client appointments.
    • When rescheduling or canceling appointments, you can collect additional data to provide insights into scheduling trends within your organization.
    • The new Organization Cancelation Policy feature empowers you to enforce your organization’s appointment cancelation policies and collect revenue from Clients for canceled and no-show appointments. See  Organization Cancellation Policies for more information.

NOTE:  This feature is being rolled out in phases. All organizations will have this feature available in the upcoming months.

 

  • Support Center
    • We've moved to a new idea portal for submitting feature ideas. If you've submitted feedback before, click "Forgot password" to reset your access for the new portal. All previous requests have been transferred over.
       
  • Ensora Data Collection
    • Improvements have been made to the Ensora Data Collection Notes page to show notes coming from Ensora Data Collection in the student's time zone from their Demographics section. All appointments on the Ensora Data Collection Notes page will also now display in your staff preferred time zone. This will aid in helping to match notes to appointments with more accuracy especially for organizations that are in multiple time zones.

 

 

 

Defect Fixes

  • Schedule
    • Corrected an issue where Users could not scroll the entire length Calendar Month view when a high volume of appointments have been scheduled.
       
  • Cases & Notes
    • Corrected an issue when the place of service was saved on the progress note to something other than the Organization default place of service, it would sometimes not update on the note. This has been fixed so that if the place of service is changed on the progress note then it will be updated accordingly.
       
  • Billing
    • Corrected an issue where the Ledger tab was not loading for some clients. Now you should be able to navigate to the client’s ledger and view them as normal.
    • Corrected an issue where some superbills were displaying the billing fields (i.e. NPI, Tax ID, license#) from the Organization Profile instead of the Location-specific Group Settings when this setting was checked. Now if this setting is checked it will show the Location specific group settings on the superbill accordingly.
       
  • Reports
    • Corrected an issue where when service types were updated to show a certain supervision status it was causing an error in the database, which was causing incorrect information to be displayed in the supervision report. This error has been corrected so that the correct information will now be displayed on the supervision report.
