New Features & Improvements

 

  • Ensora Experience Hub
    • With the transition of Ensora’s knowledge base to the new Ensora Experience Hub, any knowledge base links within the application will now redirect to the appropriate articles within the Ensora Experience Hub. Additionally, some of the dropdowns within the support center menu have been renamed from "Knowledge Base" to "Experience Hub”, which will redirect to the appropriate links.
       

Defect Fixes

 

  • Schedule
    • Corrected an issue with the new appointment modal on mobile devices, which was previously zoomed in too much, preventing some from scrolling to enter appointment details. The modal is now scrollable, allowing for better interaction on mobile views.
    • Corrected an issue in the appointment modal where service types that had been previously entered were not being read aloud when a screen reader was used. Now, all service types will be acknowledged by the screen reader.
    • Corrected an issue where the location for telehealth series set to “at home” was incorrectly displayed as “Not at home” in individual occurrences. Now, the correct location will be shown for each occurrence as per the series settings.
    • Corrected an issue where the calendar display for days, weeks, months, and staff view was not extending to the bottom of the page in browsers, causing excessive scrolling and reduced visibility of the calendar. This has been fixed to restore the normal view space as it was prior to the defect's introduction.
  • Billing 
    • Corrected an issue in the ERA Received and Paid/Processed tab where searching by words in the Adjustment Details column returned no results, despite valid entries. This has been fixed, and adjustment details will now display correctly when valid search terms are entered.
  • Reports 
    • Corrected an issue where certain button elements, such as the support chat widget and the “Download Chargebacks Report” button, were included in the PDF download of the Vantage report. These elements have been removed to ensure that only the relevant information is displayed in the PDF download.
  • Payment Processing
    • Corrected an issue for those using our Ensora Payments feature where sending a one-time payment link via email resulted in an error, preventing clients from making payments. The link now opens as expected, allowing clients to complete their transactions.
