Billing

• BillMDOnly Option  
  • Previously, the BillMDOnly Option only worked if the insurance did not have managed care or family health plus flags checked as well. Now, the insurance can be flagged as BillMDOnly and managed care or family health plus all at the same time and still bill to Medicaid as the 2nd insurance. 
• 837 Loop 2400 - Insurance Procs Overridden
  • Within Day-to-Day > Charge Entry > Ins Proc Override, the Loop 2400 field will reflect the Procedure Customary Amount.
• Insurance Billing - SFTP Change
  • The SFTP host has been updated so that claim files are sent to Inovolan/Ability correctly. 

Calendar/Scheduling

• Scheduling > Schedule > Show All Appointments Tab
  • The amount of time needed to pull the results tab when a patient has multiple recurring appointments has been reduced.

Clinical

• New Next of Kin Option - Patient Details
  • A new column for Next of Kin was added to the Contacts tab. 
• Area of Focus Section - SA032_TPTPRrv2
  • Within the SA032_TPTPRRV2 form, on the Goals tab > Area of Focus section, the numerical sorting has been fixed. Users can now sort ascending or descending properly by clicking on the Area # column header. 

Methadone/Medication Management

• Day-to-Day > Fill Methadone Orders Screen
  • A popup will display that the window is in use, the same as if another user has a lock on the window. This will also work in the reverse order. If the Pre-Pour screen is opened first, a popup will display if the user opens the Fill Methadone Orders screen and chooses the same Location and Window. 
  • A number of UI elements have been fixed within the Medication Dispensing screen that affected the display of the Search, Patient List, and checkboxes. 

Reporting

• Posting Activity by DOD Report
  • When running the Posting Activity by DOD Report, the date timestamp for each deposit should display when selecting a deposit date from the Date of Deposit dropdown list. This will help distinguish between multiple deposits on the same day without having to rerun a report. 
• Payments and Charges Program Summary Report
  • The Payments and Charges Program Summary Report has been updated to pull by transaction date instead of date of service and validate the way the report pulls totals.

Defect Fixes

Billing

• Progress Note Billing - Unit Calculation Fix
  • For progress note billing, when using unit range on the procedure, the units are now calculated correctly when creating the visit and reflects the proper quantity on the generated charge. 

Clinical

• Patient Details - Zip Code Fix
  • The Zip Code field will no longer allow longer than the valid 10 character maximum.  
• Patient Details - Phone Number Fix
  • In Patient Details > Contacts, phone numbers cannot be more than 10 digits. 
• NewCrop XML Loading Issue
  • NewCrop XML was not considering the contact available. Changes have been made to reflect any or all phone numbers available in Patient Details. If the Phone Number field is populated, a phone number will be present in the XML payload. 

FormLab

• FormLab Forms - Act on Other Control Issue
  • The logic for FormLab forms when using the "Act on other controls" has been corrected. 
• Prefilled Progress Note Forms
  • The Progress Note (Billable) forms will pre-fill the data from the previous version of the form, regardless if the previous version is locked. 

Forms

• PAS45N Form Issue
  • On the PAS45N form, the Pre-Edit message was changed from "If Length of Stay (# days) is less than 30 then Tobacco Date Last Used 'must be space filled'" to "'must be blank'".
• PRN Medications Display
  • A fix has been applied for the display of one time dose within PRN Medications. 
• HIE v2 Consent Form - Print & Preview
  • Print and preview functions have been added for the HIE v2 Consent form when viewing from template. A previously missing bullet point has been added in content additionally. 
• Nursing Assessment v6 (FL_NAv6) Display
  • Within the Nursing Assessment v6 form, an issue was resolved where the comment boxes were not displaying next to the corresponding buttons for the questions. 

Reporting

• NYS DOH Monthly Report - Number Accuracy Fix
  • An issue was resolved where the End of the current month value was being populated to the beginning of the next month. The "mg/ml" conversion has been added additionally.
