We’re making an update behind the scenes to keep your Ensora Rehab Therapy Suite emails, like appointment reminders, running smoothly. As part of this, the “From” address for emails sent from Ensora Rehab Therapy Suite will change to notifications@mg.fusionwebclinic.com
We do not anticipate this update will cause any interruption to your service. However, as a best practice, please add mg.fusionwebclinic.com to your email allow list/safe sender list. This helps ensure messages continue to land in your inbox.

Show Payment Method for Ensora Payments

For transactions processed through Ensora Payments going forward, the last four digits of the payment method will be shown on the Billing → Transactions page, on printed or emailed receipts, when canceling a transaction, and in the Transactions report in new Insights.

Update Menu links inside the application

The links under the ‘Help’ menu now go to our new Gainsight Experience Hub. Additionally, the “Help Articles” option has been renamed to “Experience Hub”.

The help article link in the patient portal now points to the article in the Experience Hub.

Defect Fixes
- Insights can't be filtered with decimals
- When filtering a column in Insights using decimal values (e.g., “is 10.50”) in number fields, decimal filters now correctly return matching values regardless of the report’s date range settings.
- Insights can't be filtered by percent
- When filtering a column in Insights using percent values other than 100 (e.g., “is 95”), the percent filters now correctly return matching rows regardless of the report’s date range. Previously, reports failed to display expected results when filtering on percent fields under certain date configurations.
- Conflict message not shown when dragging group appointment
- The system now correctly displays a conflict warning when attempting to schedule a grouped appointment that would result in double-booking. Previously, if one therapist in the group was already scheduled and the other was available, the system allowed the grouped appointment to be saved without alerting the user to the conflict. Note: This issue occurred only when using drag-and-drop mechanism.
- Failed Eligibility Checks
- Resolved an issue that sometimes caused monthly eligibility checks to fail.
- Audit log export not including details column

When exporting from the Activity Logs page, the Details column will no longer be blank.
