- For those using our updated scheduling experience, we have enhanced attendee status management for group appointments with a new “Manage Attendees” tab within the appointment model itself, allowing for direct status updates. This will reduce clicks and streamline your workflow for managing group attendance.

- The link in the application that redirected to the AMA end user agreement has been updated to the newest version.
Defect Fixes
- Schedule
- We have resolved an issue where deleting and recreating an appointment in the same time slot resulted in a double-booking error and the deleted appointment reappearing upon browser refresh. You can now create new appointments without encountering this error.
- Clicking an appointment link in an alert now takes you directly to the appointment’s date on the Agenda, instead of defaulting to today’s date.
- Resolved a rare issue that could make the Insurers page inaccessible to certain users with billing permissions.
- Reports
- Corrected an issue where certain elements within the Ensora Payments Report screen, such as the “view dashboard” button and warning/error messages, were visible in the PDF download. Now, only the report itself will be displayed in the PDF.
- Client Portal
- Addressed an issue that led to unexpected errors when the Client Portal was accessed through a non-practice-specific version of the login page.
- Payment Processing
- Corrected an issue for those using Ensora Payments where the logged in staff’s name in the activity log was listed as “unknown” when capturing a payment for an invoice with a client payment due from within the application. The correct staff member who logged the payment will now be displayed as expected in the activity log.
