- If your organization uses our new scheduling experience, you can now mark appointments as Telehealth even if the provider is not subscribed to our integrated Telehealth solution. For these appointments, the Telehealth reminder template will be sent.
NOTE: Telehealth links will not be generated for these appointments, so consider updating your Telehealth reminder template as the placeholder for the Telehealth link is included by default.
