- Staff
- Users can now manage all staff members in one place with an updated Staff list page that combines Active and Inactive staff into a single view. We have added search and sort tools to help users quickly find the right person. We also introduced a Default Location column, and moved the New staff member and Import staff members options onto the same page for easier access.
- Dynamic Forms
- The wording at the bottom of the clinical DASS-42 form has been clarified to better explain how to calculate the final score. This change applies only to newly created accounts after this release, where the form is seeded as an active multi-use case and intake form. The exception to this is for those on the Essentials plan, where we updated the form only if it was archived and unused.
- Reports
- We made additional improvements to Offline Reporting for the New Detailed Attendance Report to help more downloads complete instantly. The CSV download window has been extended by a few seconds, and when all items are retrieved on the first page, the report now downloads immediately instead of switching to offline mode, reducing unnecessary delays.
- We corrected a problem in the Ensora Payments report where PDF exports appeared blank for users with large data sets. PDF downloads now include the expected data.
- We resolved an issue in the Offline Reporting workflow where filters applied to the New Detailed Attendance Report were not retained in CSV downloads. Filters now persist when you download the report from the provided link.
- Clients
- We resolved an issue on the Client details page where the Set payment amount field did not update when Income Based Payment Amounts were configured. Now, entering an annual family income automatically updates the payment amount based on your organization’s settings.
- We addressed an issue where clients with non-U.S. or non-Canadian organization settings experienced issues loading the Client details page after entering a state or province. This condition no longer prevents the page from loading.
- Client Portal
- Corrected an issue on the client portal where the Print button sometimes appears blank on the Make a Payment page. The button now displays correctly.
- Corrected the wording of the client portal setting, Allow clients to cancel or reschedule an appointment within 24 hours, clarifying that it is relevant to clients.
- Telehealth
- We fixed an issue where Telehealth place of service settings did not take effect until the appointment was refreshed. Updates now apply as expected without requiring a page reload.
- Payment Processing
- We addressed an issue for organizations using Ensora Payments where providers did not receive notifications for one-time client payments. Providers will now receive email and in-app alerts as expected.
