  • Power BI
    • The nightly maintenance PowerBI export process now strips special characters (CR/LF) from FormLab question headers in generated script and CSV files, resolving compatibility issues with Power BI visual integration.
  • Billing
    • Fixed an issue where autoposting incorrectly transferred claims when denials marked not to transfer were posted or when no denial code was present.
    • Generated 837 now includes required Condition Codes (D5-D9) when submitting Replacement or Void claims to Excellus and Universal payers. Codes are reported in the HI segment following diagnosis codes.
    • Fixed an issue where manually posting payments with multiple write-off codes would only apply one code when posting by Payer Group, requiring users to reapply payments manually.
    • Fixed an issue where same-day multiple therapy groups were incorrectly combined into a single insurance claim with multiple units instead of generating separate claims, affecting billing accuracy after version 2.52.
    • TenEleven now supports the new "OASAS Medicaid 2026" medication billing profile, available in the Profile Config dropdown.
    • TenEleven now supports the OASAS Medicaid 2026 medication billing profile. For Methadone, G2067 charges apply to first weekly visits; H0020 for subsequent visits. Take-home doses are billable with G2078 across multiple weeks, with proper unbundling of additional services.
    • TenEleven now supports the OASAS Medicaid 2026 medication billing profile. For Buprenorphine, added logic for G2068 weekly medication administration charges (only when in-clinic doses present) and G2079 for multi-week take-home doses, with proper unbundling of additional services.
  • FormLab
    • Improved error messaging when form exceeds maximum column limit. Users will now see a clearer, more user-friendly notification when their form surpasses the database column threshold, helping them understand the constraint and take corrective action.
  • General
    • Added "Can Open Support Ticket" checkbox on Administration > User screen. Admin and System Admin users can enable this setting to flag users permitted to open support tickets. The checkbox is read-only for other user types.
    • Fixed an issue preventing users from accessing the Users folder on their redirected tsclient drive when attaching documents to patient charts. Users can now successfully browse and select files from all locations within the Attach dialog.
    • The Restricted Provider entered in Patient Details is no longer overridden by the Referring Provider from the Rendering Provider's user record during claims billing. When a patient is a Restricted Recipient with a Restricted Provider entered, that provider is correctly reported on claims.
    • Nightly maintenance now includes automated nightly purging of older audit data.
    • Add a new Sigpad Diagnostics button to My Preferences. Users can now test their signature pad (Topaz Model T-LBK462-BSB-R) configuration through a convenient dialog box, ensuring proper device setup before use.
    • Updated how new users are added to eCR. Adding new users no longer requires a request to support and is performed overnight so that daytime system performance is not affected.
  • Medication
    • We made improvements to the data retrieval processes to speed up the Medication Inventory module, removing any issues with slowness and unresponsive windows.
    • The MAT Dispense report now includes invalid and missing CRIDs in the upload file, providing comprehensive visibility into data quality issues during the dispense process.
    • Fixed an issue where the auto-generate holds script failed to create holds for patients who missed 4 days (set threshold) of medication dispensing, requiring manual intervention to apply restart holds.
  • Visiquate
    • The ACT file incorrectly maps insurance policy numbers to API fields 51, 64, 77, and 90 instead of 50, 63, 76, and 89. This causes policy numbers to appear blank in Visiquate. Fixed by relocating CBI.MedID fields to correct policy number positions for primary, secondary, tertiary, and quaternary insurance plans.
    • Labs
    • Lab requisitions now display ethnicity data alongside existing patient demographics, enabling complete demographic capture for healthcare provider requirements. This enhancement supports accurate lab testing information collection while maintaining system compliance with data transmission standards.
    • Fixed an issue where selecting a result date in Lab Results Entry threw an "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error.
  • Appointments
    • Fixed an issue where group appointment reminders were not being uploaded to Televox, causing appointments after February 16, 2026 to contain only individual entries instead of group entries.
    • Printing
    • Fixed an issue where the Preview button in forms would hang with a spinning circle or display an "Unable to find a Printer" error message instead of generating a preview.
    • Fixed an issue where non-credentialed provider IDs printed in the wrong field on UB04 paper claim forms. IDs were incorrectly appearing in the NPI field instead of the field right of the Qualifier field, causing claim denials.
  • CCBHC
    • CCBHC claims no longer require Q2 modifier. T1040 Daily Rate claims now process through My Billing without requiring the modifier, aligning with NY State requirements. Claims with or without the modifier are accepted.
    • Prescribing
    • eRX integration now includes schema validation to prevent transmission failures. XML is validated before sending, with improved field handling including text trimming, dropdown preferences over free text, and strict field length compliance for enhanced security and data quality.
  • Lighthouse
    • Fixed an issue where central registry files from NY clinics were not being processed due to a failure in the daily file transmission schedule.
    • Fixed an issue where the Lighthouse Dispensing report contained fewer records than expected. Records that should have appeared were not being included in the report output.
  • Forms
    • Fixed an issue where the DCF EVNT form threw an error during Pre-Edit and sign operations, and where the Search dropdown appeared empty until after user backspaced during initial entry.
    • Fixed an issue where selecting "Family Therapy PT Present" in the Psychotherapy/Signatures tab of a combined E&M + Psychotherapy note failed to activate the Psychotherapy Provided checkbox, preventing the note from being signed.
    • Fixed an issue where the signature pop-up did not appear when users attempted to sign the rendering signature box on forms. The system would redirect to the service tab without displaying an error message.
    • Fixed an issue where FormLab forms requiring multiple signatures locked after the first signature was added, preventing users from completing additional signatures on subsequent tabs before final form lock.
