New

  • Organization
    • Admin seats are now free on all per-provider plans (Essentials, Advanced, and Premier). This will be reflected on your August 1 invoice, and the Manage Licenses page no longer shows a tile or column for managing admin seats. You can also now assign Staff Admin permissions to any staff member from the Permissions page, without needing an admin license first.

Improvements

  • Cases & Notes
    • Several pages in the case workflow have been refreshed with a modern design and improved interface elements, making them easier to navigate and use. This includes the case list, case info, close case details and close info, initial assessments and addendums, contact notes, and dynamic single- and multi-use case forms.
  • Billing
    • You can now save from the bottom of the add/edit adjustment page in the ledger. This makes it easier to complete an adjustment and move on, including via keyboard navigation.
    • The payment enrollment banner under a client's Bill To & Insurance Info tab has been updated for organizations that haven't yet enrolled in Ensora Payments. The banner now points you to Manage Subscription to turn on Payments and securely store credit cards, and the link takes you directly to the Ensora Payments section there.
  • Organization
    • Naming consistency, subscription messaging, and currency formatting have been improved across several subscription pages to align them with our design standards.
  • Client Portal
    • The Client Portal Settings page has been updated to clarify that online and credit card payment options are available through the Ensora Payments upgrade, making it easier to see which payment options are available to your practice.

Fixes

  • Cases & Notes
    • Supervisors were receiving multiple alerts and emails when a single progress note was submitted. Supervisors now receive only the initial alert and email, as expected.
    • The "Apply Notes to All Group Members" button only synced updates the first time it was clicked for certain dynamic form elements. It now synchronizes updates across group member notes every time you click it.
    • Supervisors were sometimes getting review alerts and emails for notes that didn't actually require their review or co-signature in shared-client scenarios. These alerts have been improved so supervisors are only prompted when their review is actually needed, cutting down on confusion and unnecessary follow-up.
    • Corrected an issue where selected options in multi-select dynamic fields on a progress note did not appear on the PDF. Selections now display correctly on the PDF.
  • Schedule
    • Some providers were seeing availability conflict warnings on appointments that actually fell within their defined availability, particularly around midnight-crossing UTC blocks. Appointments within a provider's availability are now correctly recognized, so you'll see fewer unnecessary conflict warnings.
  • Billing
    • Some ERA records that needed manual review were incorrectly updating related claims and invoices to a Paid status. ERAs that can't be automatically processed now stay pending review, and claim and invoice statuses stay unchanged until that review is complete.
  • Organization
    • Customers whose subscriptions were canceled for non-payment couldn't resume without switching billing platforms. Eligible customers can now resume their subscription and pay any outstanding balance without being required to switch billing platforms.
