New Features & Improvements
- Organization
- Admin seats are now free on all per-provider plans (Essentials, Advanced, and Premier). This change will be reflected on your August 1 invoice. The Manage Licenses page has also been updated to remove admin seat management, and you can now assign admin permissions directly from the Staff Permissions page.
- We improved naming consistency, subscription messaging, and currency formatting across several subscription pages for a more consistent experience.
- The option to start a 21-day free trial of AI Session Assistant is easier to locate on the Add-On Subscription page for customers on active client plans.
- For organizations on an active client plan subscription, we updated the Getting Started with Telehealth link under Organization > Manage subscription > Telehealth subscription.
- Cases & Notes
- Several pages in the Progress Notes workflow have been refreshed with an updated design and improved navigation, making them easier to use. This includes list and details pages for progress notes, addendums, group notes, and Wiley progress notes. This update is rolling out in phases.
- Billing
- You can now save adjustments from the bottom of the Add/Edit Adjustment page in the ledger, making it easier to complete your work without needing to scroll back to the top.
- If your organization has not enrolled in Ensora Payments, the enrollment banner under the Bill To & Insurance Info tab now links directly to the Ensora Payments section of Manage Subscription, making it easier to get started with secure credit card storage.
- Dynamic Forms
- Staff with administrator permissions can now add the Session Summary element to Dynamic Form templates, as long as at least one person in your organization has an AI Session Assistant license.
- Client Portal
- The Client Portal Settings page now makes it easier to see that online payments and credit card payment options are available through Ensora Payments.
Defect Fixes
- Schedule
- Some providers were seeing availability conflict warnings on appointments that actually fell within their defined availability, particularly around midnight-crossing UTC blocks. Appointments within a provider’s availability are now correctly recognized, so you will see fewer unnecessary conflict warnings.
- Cases & Notes
- We fixed an issue that could cause supervisors to receive multiple alerts and emails for a single submitted progress note.
- The Apply Notes to All Group Members button only synced updates the first time it was clicked for certain dynamic form elements. It now synchronizes updates across group member notes every time you click it.
- Supervisors were sometimes getting review alerts and emails for notes that did not actually require their review or co-signature in shared client scenarios. We improved these alerts so supervisors are only prompted when their review is actually needed, cutting down on confusion and unnecessary follow up.
- Billing
- Some ERA records that needed manual review were incorrectly updated related claims and invoices to a Paid status. ERAs that can not be automatically processed now stay pending review, and claim and invoice statuses stay unchanged until that review is complete.
- Organization
- Customers whose subscriptions were canceled for non-payment could not resume without switching billing platforms. Eligible customers can now resume their subscription and pay any outstanding balance without being required to switch, for a smoother reactivation.
