New Features & Improvements

  • Cases & Notes

    • A small change was made to the AI Session Assistant sparkle icon size and placement when selecting a progress note template from the multiple cases modal or adding a progress note from the agenda. It is now smaller and positioned to the right of the template text to align with our design standards.

    • The treatment plan list page received a minor update to now redirect you when clicking the Sign action to go directly to the signature page instead of the details page, matching the desired workflow. Additionally, the client name dropdown was made read-only for individual cases. We also updated the Wiley subscription buttons to use title case to comply with our design standards.

Defect Fixes

  • Schedule

    • We corrected an issue where after creating a group appointment and tabbing out of a field, the Service Type field appeared disabled and was inaccessible by tabbing. You can now tab into the field and add service types as expected.

    • We fixed an issue where all-day recurring events created more than 60 days in advance did not appear on the calendar. Now, such events display as expected.

    • Organizations on the Essentials plan were seeing an availability conflict warning when scheduling recurring appointments, even though availability management is not part of that plan. This has been fixed, and recurring appointments can now be scheduled without triggering unnecessary conflict alerts.

    • When an appointment reminder application was rejected, the contact email displayed in the support message was outdated. This has been updated to the correct Customer Support email address across all three platforms.

  • Reports

    • We corrected an issue preventing the demographic snapshot report from opening as a PDF download. Now, you can download and view the PDF export of this report as expected.

  • Billing

    • We fixed an issue in the Telehealth prepayment flow that could allow duplicate payments if the payment window was opened in multiple tabs and submitted quickly. In some cases, this resulted in more than one charge for single session, particularly when using the pre-session prepay prompt. Payments are now limited to one successful transaction per session, even if the multiple attempts occur at the same time.

    • We updated payment handling for accounts with a disabled Vantage processor. Previously, payments could not be recorded if saved credit cards were still on file. Payments can now be successfully captured and recorded as credit/debit card transactions, even when the processor is disabled.
