- We are continuing to roll out our improved scheduling experience. If you do not see these updates yet, they will be available to you in the coming months. Our new scheduling experience includes:
- Refreshed schedule page with a modern layout and consistent controls
- Redesigned appointment modal with quick client creation and enhanced telehealth scheduling
- New organization cancellation policy to enforce cancellation rules and collect revenue for canceled and no-show appointments

- Dynamic Forms
- A new Biopsychosocial clinical form has been added as a multiple‑use case form. The form is available in an archived state and can be activated as needed.
Defect Fixes
- Cases & Notes
- An accessibility issue has been corrected where the JAWS screen reader did not announce provider names in the provider field of a progress note or indicate when focus moved into the Mental Status section. The screen reader now properly announces this information to support a more accessible documentation experience.
- Billing
- An issue has been resolved where automatic invoice creation failed to run in certain scenarios. For organizations using automatic invoice creation, invoices will now be generated reliably as expected.
- Reports
- A performance issue affecting the payroll export report has been fixed. Previously, reports with large data sets could repeatedly attempt to load and eventually cause an error. The report now loads correctly even for organizations with high data volumes.
- Profile & Settings
- Corrected an issue where the advanced availability toggle switched on or off when toggling the hide day checkboxes for Saturday and Sunday. Now, the advanced availability toggle operates independently from the hide days settings, maintaining its state regardless of selected days.
