First name missing from Teletherapy Scheduled email

Teletherapy Scheduled emails now correctly include the contact’s first name in the greeting. Previously, the greeting omitted the name and displayed “Hi,”. The email now displays “Hi firstname,” using the patient’s first name or nickname when available when the contact is set to Self.

Field descriptions not updated in new Insights for Insurance History

Field descriptions in the new Insights reports are now correctly updated for Insurance History. Previously, the report field list displayed outdated descriptions.

Recorded Account Payments Showing Reference and Method with Same Value

Receipts generated from account payments in the system now display the correct payment method. Previously, the receipt showed the value entered in the Reference field as the payment method.

Payment Method Not Reflected for Checkout Account Payments

Payment methods are now correctly reflected when collecting account payments via checkout on the schedule. Previously, the payment method was either not shown for account payments or incorrectly displayed the copayment method when both a copayment and an account payment were collected.

Quick Discharge Does Not Delete All Future Appointments

Quick Discharge now removes all future visits for each selected case, even when a client has multiple cases with different services. Previously, one case’s future visits could remain on the calendar after discharge.
