New Features & Improvements

  • System-wide
    • CSV and PDF download performance across the application has been improved. If a download takes more than a few seconds, it will automatically continue in the background so you can keep working without interruption. You will receive an email and in-app alert with a ready-to-download link once it is complete.
      • NOTE: We are releasing this feature in stages, so if you do not notice any changes, you will see this in a future release.

  • Schedule
    • We are continuing to roll out our improved scheduling experience. If you do not see these updates yet, they will be available to you in the coming months. Our new scheduling experience includes:
      • Refreshed schedule page with a modern layout and consistent controls.
      • Redesigned appointment modal with quick client creation and enhanced telehealth scheduling.
      • New organization cancellation policy to enforce cancellation rules and collect revenue for canceled and no-show appointments.

    • We improved load times when adding availability, which was sometimes slower to open the modal. 
  • Clients
    • ​​​​​​​For organizations subscribed to the AI Session Assistant add-on, a new AI Recording Consent field is now available for all clients. 
      • The new field appears in a dedicated AI Session Assistant section.
      • Providers can select one of three options:
        • No consent recorded (default): The provider will be prompted to obtain consent before each recorded session.
        • Yes - client consents: Client consent is documented and will not be requested again unless the consent status changes.
        • No - client does not consent: Session recording is disabled and cannot be enabled for this client.
      • Any updates to the AI Recording Consent field are automatically logged in the activity log.
    • The Client Details page has been redesigned for speed and simplicity. Active and archived forms now have client information is highlighted at the top for quick action. These updates are designed to streamline your workflow and improve navigation across the application.
      • NOTE: This feature is rolling out in phases, so you may have already received this update.

  • Dynamic Forms
    • ​​​​​​​Users can now delete dynamic forms even when they contain entered data, as long as no signed or approved instances exist. Before deleting, you will see which clients have data on the form so you can make an informed decision.
  • Payment Processing
    • ​​​​​​​We updated the Knowledge Hub link shown to those who are not using our payment services when accepting a payment from the ledger. It now redirects to our Ensora Payments page on the main website so you can get more information about this service. 
  • Organization
    • ​​​​​​​We updated the Knowledge Hub link on the AI Session Assistant tab under Manage Subscriptions. The link for Workflow Video and Article will now direct to the article in the Experience Hub.

Defect Fixes

  • Billing
    • ​​​​​​​Corrected an issue where the client ledger could not be opened after deleting an appointment that had a prepayment recorded. With this update, when an appointment is marked as Prepay, users can record the payment, delete the appointment if needed, and still successfully open the client ledger to view the recorded payment—provided Allow Prepay on Appointments is enabled in Organization > Settings > Profile tab.
