  • Fixed an issue where no-show and cancelled appointments were not being caught by the audit-ready note check.
• Transformation House
  • Codes with a $0 rate no longer travel on claims.
• Occurrence Code
  • Added '55' as an option for Occurrence Code.
• Create Procentive standard 245D form set    
  • The new Procentive standard 245D (Home and Community-Based Services) form sets for Basic and Intensive Services are now available in the Clinical Documents Sandbox.
