New Features & Improvements
- Support Center: Ask Ensai
- You can now access support through the new Ask Ensai experience, available from the Ask Ensai button in the top navigation bar or by selecting Chat with Support from the Support Center menu. This gives you one consistent place to start a support conversation.
NOTE: This feature is rolling out to a small set of customers first. If you do not see it yet, it will be included in a future release.

- Clients
- The modal shown when unarchiving a client previously stated that doing so would increase your active client count and affect invoice subscription calculations. For organizations on a tiered per-provider pricing plan, that was not accurate, and the wording has been corrected to reflect how this plan type works.
- Cases & Notes
NOTE: The updates described in this section are being released in phases. If you do not see a feature yet, it will become available in a future release.
- The Progress Notes workflow has an updated design and improved navigation, making it easier to move between notes, addendums, group notes, and Wiley progress notes.
- You can now use a modernized Treatment Plan Details and Goals page along with an updated Wiley Treatment Plan builder, both with improved navigation and accessibility.
- Several pages in the case workflow have an updated design and improved interface elements, including the case list, case info, close case details and close info, initial assessments and addendums, contact notes, and dynamic single- and multi-use case forms.
- Multi-line text field behavior is now consistent across Progress Notes, Cases, and Treatment Plans that have received the updated navigation workflows. Fields expand automatically as you add content, and expand/collapse controls appear only once content exceeds six lines.
- The treatment plan goals and objectives table layout is tighter for those on the updated navigation workflow, with reduced spacing and improved content wrapping. This uses space more efficiently and cuts down on scrolling on the updated treatment plan details page.
- Telehealth
- Telehealth is now included at no extra cost on Advanced plans, unlimited. Starting September 1 (or your annual renewal date for annual plans), Telehealth is part of your Advanced plan. If you are already an Advanced subscriber with the paid Telehealth add-on, you will be switched over automatically, with no action needed on your end.
Defect Fixes
- Schedule
- Telehealth appointments synced to Google Calendar were missing service type information. Appointment details now appear consistently across appointment types when using the Google Calendar sync feature.
- Clients
- Accounts created from a trial did not have access to the Prospective Client page. You can now add prospective clients as expected after creating a new account.
- Billing
- Certain exclusion rules entered for the invoice processing job were also excluding invoices that were not part of those rules. Invoices outside the exclusion rule set are now created as expected.
- Client Portal
- Intake forms were not being sent to newly registered clients who scheduled appointments through the New Appointment link. Intake forms now deliver correctly during the self-scheduling and registration process.
- Organization
- Customers without an active Telehealth subscription were still able to create and join Telehealth appointments. Telehealth session creation and joining are now restricted to accounts with an active subscription.
