New Features & Improvements

  • Cases & Notes
    • Several pages in the Progress Notes workflow have a refreshed design and improved navigation, covering the list and details pages for progress notes, addendums, group notes, and Wiley progress notes. This update is rolling out in phases, so it may not be in every account yet.
    • The case workflow has an updated design and refreshed interface elements across the case list, case info, close case details and close info, initial assessments and addendums, contact notes, and dynamic case forms. This update is rolling out in phases, so it may not be in every account yet.
  • Organization
    • Customers who subscribed to AI Session Assistant during the introductory pricing promotion will move to standard add-on pricing automatically once their 6-month promotional period ends.
    • AI Session Assistant activation no longer requires a separate provider consent step. Providers with an AI Session Assistant license can now access AI case summaries and AI session summaries for recorded in-person and Telehealth sessions right away. Client consent to be recorded is still required and remains a permanent requirement.
  • Support Center
    • A Contact Us link is now available directly on the login page, making it possible to reach support before signing in.
  • System-wide
    • Keyboard navigation in the application header has been improved, so navigation options can be reached using standard keyboard controls for a more accessible experience.

Defect Fixes

  • Schedule
    • Users with Standard Availability enabled were unable to reassign the staff member on a group appointment, and attempting to update the staff member on an existing group appointment would fail silently. Staff members can now be updated on group appointments as expected.
    • Recurring appointment series using the Ending By option sometimes kept following the original schedule after the recurrence frequency was changed, such as switching from weekly to every two weeks. Future occurrences now recalculate correctly to reflect the updated recurrence settings.
    • Canceling a recurring appointment scheduled more than 60 days out sometimes sent clients both a cancellation notification and an unintended appointment creation email. Clients now receive only the appropriate cancellation notification.
  • Cases & Notes
    • The Staff Profile link during progress note setup previously directed users to wrong page when they lacked the right permissions. It now opens the correct profile page for managing default note template settings.
