New Features & Improvements

  • Telehealth
    • Our new Telehealth Whiteboard lets you and your clients draw and type together in real time during virtual sessions to support more interactive care. You can export the whiteboard as a PDF afterward. See Telehealth Whiteboard for more information.
  • Payment Processing
    • You can now accept Google Pay with Ensora Payments, giving clients a faster and more convenient way to pay.
  • Profile & Settings
    • ​​​​​​​We have started to refresh the look and feel of My profile and settings, making changes to the tab structure and the Change password page. 
  • Schedule
    • Back-end performance improvements were made to the calendar staff filter, enabling faster loading and navigation, especially for larger organizations.
    • We have improved performance on the Availability page and Add Availability modal, so they load faster, especially for larger organizations. To support this, you can now search for staff in the Add Availability modal instead of loading all staff at once. 
  • Clients
    • ​​​​​​​We have made back-end performance improvements to the Client Details page to reduce initial load times. This helps the page open faster and feel more responsive, particularly for larger organizations.
  • Cases & Notes
    • ​​​​​​​When clicking the Print notes history or Print notes for all cases button on the Notes History page, you will now receive an offline downloadable report link if the report takes more than a few seconds to generate. This lets you continue working without waiting for the download to finish.

Defect Fixes

  • Schedule
    • ​​​​​​​We have resolved an issue where appointment reminder logs disappeared after a client’s mobile number was deleted. Historical reminder logs now remain visible even if the number is removed.
  • Clients
    • ​​​​​​​Corrected a problem that caused a network error when saving client details with an archived location selected. You will now see a clear message prompting you to choose an active location before saving.
  • Staff
    • ​​​​​​​Corrected an issue where the entire Alerts page refreshed after alerts were deleted. You can now delete alerts without waiting for a page refresh between deletions.
  • Billing
    • ​​​​​​​An issue in billing automation logs that could prevent some invoices from being automatically created has been addressed.
    • An error that could occur when opening the Add Rendering Providers modal has been resolved. If a rendering provider has an archived service type, the modal now loads correctly so you can remove it and select archive service types.
  • Dynamic Forms
    • ​​​​​​​If the Archive or Delete buttons are disabled on a progress note template because at least one template needs to remain active, you will now see a hover message explaining why they are disabled.
  • Reports
    • ​​​​​​​Corrected an issue where Ensora Payments report filters were not retained on PDF downloads. Your selected filters now persist when generating PDFs, whether generating immediately or as an offline report.
  • Cases & Notes
    • ​​​​​​​We have improved the error message shown when accessing a contact note for a group case with no active clients. You will now see a message, “There are no active clients found for this group case. Please unarchive at least one client to access the data.” You will also be redirected to the last page you successfully accessed after acknowledging the message.
    • An issue that prevented supervisors and supervisees from approving or signing Initial Assessments and Treatment Plans from the Notes Awaiting Signature pages has been resolved.
      Supervisors can now approve or sign Initial Assessments and Treatment Plans directly from the Notes Awaiting Signature page. Supervisees can also sign their notes in the same workflow, without needing to open the case record. 
  • Organization
    • ​​​​​​​When the Require full prepay in advance of telehealth sessions setting is enabled, client payments made when a joining a telehealth session will now correctly show in the Activity Log as being created by the client.
