- Fixed an issue where appointment reminder files were not being received by Televox for processing, preventing reminders from being sent for dates beyond May 6th.
- Medications
- Enhanced audit logging for bottle dispense operations has been implemented to improve tracking and compliance documentation. This feature provides more detailed logging capabilities for dispense events, enabling better operational visibility and audit trail management.
- Billing
- Implement Guest Dosing for Methadone in Profile Config. A new column triggered by "Guest Dosing YES/NO" refers to a custom Visit Type and generates unique visits per service date. Each visit produces only the W9520 admin charge.
- Implement Guest Dosing for Buprenorphine, enabling unique visit/claim creation per date of service. Adds new Profile Config column triggered by Guest Dosing toggle, generating admin charge W9521 and appropriate J code for each dispensed dose.
- Reporting
- Fixed an issue where OMH-4 report visit entries appeared in incorrect sections. April 2026 visits were incorrectly categorized in section #9 instead of the correct section #6.
- Added PAS 47N data to the PAS Submission report alongside other PAS forms.
- Fixed an issue where the Write-Off Analysis report took 10-15 minutes to load when filters were applied to transaction dates.
- Fixed an issue where PAS 48 report calculations displayed incorrect numbers in the reporting system.
- Fixed an issue where the "eLabs Received with Order Details" report timed out after running for 20-30 minutes in the Reporting module.
- PAS Forms
- Updated PAS 26 form to comply with 2026 OASAS regulatory requirements.
- Updated PAS 44G form to comply with 2026 OASAS regulatory requirements.
- Updated PAS 44N form to comply with 2026 OASAS regulatory requirements.
- Updated PAS 45G form to comply with 2026 OASAS regulatory requirements.
- Updated PAS 45N form to comply with 2026 OASAS regulatory requirements.
- Updated PAS 46N form to comply with 2026 OASAS regulatory requirements.
- Updated PAS 61 form to comply with 2026 OASAS regulatory requirements.
- Updated PAS 91 form to comply with 2026 OASAS regulatory requirements.
- TenEleven now supports the OASAS PAS 47N Client Transfer form. The new form captures all required fields for PAS 47N transfers, includes a corresponding data file submission capability, and updates the PAS Submission Report to track PAS47 transfer submissions.
- Power BI
- Fixed an issue where Power BI group appointments displayed separate lines for each historical chart number instead of only the currently scheduled chart number, resulting in duplicate appointment entries with varying chart IDs.
- Forms
- Fixed an issue where the Axis Clinic Option on the Forms tab incorrectly displayed 'DrFirst' instead of 'eRx'.
- Fixed an issue where supervisors were unable to sign clinical documentation notes when an overlap was indicated in the signature line field, preventing proper sign-off of assessments and group notes.
- Billing
- Fixed an issue where audit logs displayed incorrect provider information, showing an inactive provider instead of the actual rendering provider changed within the billing system.
