Prescribers log in to the mobile app using a 6-digit invitation code that helps verify the prescriber's identity and provides an extra layer of security.

When you open the app, a 6-digit invitation code will be sent to your phone via text message. Enter this code to securely log in to the mobile app.

Log In to the Mobile App

1. Tap the Mobile App icon on your phone.
2. Tap the Enter Invitation Code field to enter the 6-digit invitation code that was sent to your phone via SMS. When you tap invitation code field, the on-screen keyboard on your phone will open. Use your on-screen keyboard to enter the code, then press return. 
3. Tap the Continue button.
     
    
4. Tap a Practice Location to select that location.
5. Tap the Continue button.
    
    
6. The Mobile App opens to the Home screen. The prescriber's name and location display at the top. From here, you can:
   • Access Pending Prescriptions
   • Access Pending Renewals
   • Search for a Patient
   • Open your Profile to view prescriber details, change your location, or Log Out of the Mobile App.
