Follow these steps if you are switching to Ensora Clearinghouse from an outside clearinghouse.
IMPORTANT: While you wait for approval from Ensora Clearinghouse, continue submitting billing through the clearinghouse you currently use. This will ensure there is no interruption to your current billing processes.
- Go to Organization in the side menu and click Claims Service.
- Click Switch Electronic Insurance Claims Service.
- Select your NPI type to open an Enrollment Survey. Complete and submit the survey.
- After you submit the survey, Ensora Clearinghouse Enrollment team will contact you within 7-14 business days to assist you with completing the enrollment process.
- You will receive a welcome packet via email. Enter the necessary information to complete the enrollment packet and return it as soon as possible.
- When you are approved and you are ready to submit claims, contact TheraNest support. See Contact Support for all the ways to contact us.
- Support will manually switch your organization from the outside clearinghouse you are currently using to Ensora Clearinghouse.
