Switch from Non-Partnered Clearinghouse to Ensora Clearinghouse

Follow these steps if you are switching to Ensora Clearinghouse from an outside clearinghouse.
 

IMPORTANT: While you wait for approval from Ensora Clearinghouse, continue submitting billing through the clearinghouse you currently use. This will ensure there is no interruption to your current billing processes.

 

  1. Go to Organization in the side menu and click Claims Service.

  2. Click Switch Electronic Insurance Claims Service.

  3. Select your NPI type to open an Enrollment Survey. Complete and submit the survey.
  4. After you submit the survey, Ensora Clearinghouse Enrollment team will contact you within 7-14 business days to assist you with completing the enrollment process.
  5. You will receive a welcome packet via email. Enter the necessary information to complete the enrollment packet and return it as soon as possible.
  6. When you are approved and you are ready to submit claims, contact TheraNest support. See Contact Support for all the ways to contact us. 
  7. Support will manually switch your organization from the outside clearinghouse you are currently using to Ensora Clearinghouse.
