REQUIRED PERMISSIONS: You must have Billing Permissions with the ability to "Submit Claims to Clearinghouse" enabled.

 

This workflow is only for Non-Ensora Clearinghouse users.

To resubmit a claim:

  1. Click Billing tab in primary navigation bar.
  2. Click Claims in side menu.
  3. Click Submitted tab to show all Claims submitted in the last month.
  4. Filter the Date Range if needed.
  5. Click Status and select Failed/Rejected.
  6. Click Status again and select Resubmitted
  7. A box will pop up select the green button Resubmit & Create New Claim.
