REQUIRED PERMISSIONS: You must have Billing Permissions with the ability to "Submit Claims to Clearinghouse" enabled.
This workflow is only for Non-Ensora Clearinghouse users.
To resubmit a claim:
- Click Billing tab in primary navigation bar.
- Click Claims in side menu.
- Click Submitted tab to show all Claims submitted in the last month.
- Filter the Date Range if needed.
- Click Status and select Failed/Rejected.
- Click Status again and select Resubmitted
- A box will pop up select the green button Resubmit & Create New Claim.
