Enrollment FAQs
- WHEN? When will I know if my Enrollment is Approved?
Enrollment times can vary depending on the Insurance Company. Some Enrollments have an immediate approval time, while others can take longer than 45 days. The average time for approval is 10-20 business days. See Payer ID List for more information.
- HOW? How will I know when my Enrollment is Accepted?
Your assigned Enrollment Rep will let you know when you are approved. You will also receive Weekly Assessment emails from your Enrollment Representative explaining enrollment status updates.
- Will I get my ERAs for old Claims that I submitted before I signed up?
After the payer approves your enrollment they will begin routing your ERAs to the system. There may be some ERAs that come in for claims that were not submitted in the system depending on your approval date with the payer. The payer controls what ERAs come into your account and when they come in. The system does not control this.
