Claim Scrub Error:
- No diagnostic codes found in the notes for (date) session. Make sure the session has progress notes for the date and time of the session. You can run the missing progress notes report by clicking here.
Fix:
This means that there are multiple cases open for this client and the appointment does not have a Progress Note linked to it. The system cannot pull in the Diagnosis associated with that case.
When you click here to fix it this will take you to the Missing Progress Notes Report, where you can view all the Missing Progress Notes for this client.
- Click Add Progress Note.
- Save the Progress Note - this will link the appointment to the case/appointment/diagnosis.
NOTE: The report will default to be run by the staff who "clicked here to fix it" you will need to change the Staff name for an accurate report.
