These are the Client Details level Claim Scrubs. Which ever information is missing will be what shows on the claim scrub error. In this case below everything is missing, we will show you how to correct all of these errors.
Claim Scrub:
- Following fields missing or invalid on client details: Birth Date,Legal Gender,Client ID Number,The State length must be 2 characters. Click here to fix it.
Birth Date, Client ID, State Length:
- Click "Click here to fix it" on the claim scrub pop up (or you can navigate to the client details page).
- Check that their is a birthdate entered, the Client ID is generated (click the button that says "Generate Client ID Number"), and the State Length is only two letters - ex. CA not California.
- Save.
Legal Sex:
There are two spots you will need to check this Client Details & the Manage Insurance Information:

In the Client Details ensure the Legal Sex is not set to Undefined.
- In Bill to & Insurance scroll down to the "Manage Insurance" and select Edit - in the "Insured Information" ensure the sex for the subscriber (if applicable) is assigned.
