You can change your password by clicking your user name at the top and selecting My Profile and Settings. You can also reset your password if you forget it.

Change Password

1. Click your Name in the top right corner, and select My profile and settings from the drop-down.

   

2. Click Change Password tab
3. Enter in your Current Password.
4. Enter desired New Password.

    

   NOTE: It is important to create a strong password to keep your account secure. Please create a password that meets the minimum requirements:

   • Password length: 8-64 characters Special characters allowed but not required (for example - !@#$%^&*)
   • After creating a new password, a message displays to confirm the minimum requirements have been met.

     

5. Retype New Password in Confirm New Password.
6. Click Save.

Reset Password​​​​​​​

If you forget your password, you can request an email with a link to reset your password.

1. Click the Forgot your Password? Click Here link on the log in page. 

   

2. Enter the email address associated with your account in the Email field.
3. Click the Send button.

   

   
    
4. Open the email and click the Set New Password link.

   

5. Enter your new password in the New Password field.
6. Enter your new password again in the New Password Confirm field.
7. Click the Change Password button.

   

8. A green banner on the Log In page indicates that your password was reset successfully. Enter your Email and new Password to log in.
