I’ve looked into this and it seems like this is an issue specific to EyeMed who, unfortunately, has a history of going back and forth between having an electronic connection and losing the connection. Right now, there are no electronic connections and we do not suspect that will change any time soon.

As it pertains to the specific rejections from your December claims submissions, I do have more information on that, which our team has emailed to you personally since it’s potentially sensitive information. Please let me know if you can’t find the email.
