Customer maintaince portal 

i do have  user name and passwird but i don’t have user name ? 

 

what is that ?

Thanks for reaching out! For the Customer Maintenance Portal, usernames are managed by our eRx Support team. Since you have a password but not a username, the quickest path is to open a ticket with eRx Support so they can verify your account and issue (or reset) your username.

  • In your ticket, include: practice name, your full name and work email, and any relevant IDs (e.g., NPI or customer/account number) so they can help you faster.
