I have several claims for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama all with the same rejection code, REJECTION: Status Details - Category Code: (A4) The claim/encounter can not be found in the adjudication system., Status: Entity not found., Entity: BillingProvider (85).
I have contacted the insurance company but the claims are not in their system.
My support cases keep getting closed because when I reply to the email it comes back saying it cannot be delivered.
How can I get some guidance for correcting this rejection reason ?
