Every user can provide feedback and product suggestions directly to our product team, without going through support. Our product team looks at Aha! (our feedback/suggestion board) daily to check for trends and updates that can be implemented quickly, and to help prioritize future releases. To see how to submit your feature request, follow the steps below.

Find your Product

Log in to the Ensora Experience Hub.

From the home page menu, select the Product Suggestions tile.

Choose your product from the list. This will reroute you to Aha! (our feedback/suggestion board).
Create an Account / Log In
If it is not your first time submitting a feature request, please be sure to log in with your username and password to continue submitting a request. If this is your first time creating a feature request for an Ensora Health product, you will need to create a separate account from your software login by following the steps outlined below:

To sign up for an account, please select the Log in / Sign up link in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

A form will pop up where you can enter your email address and click Next. Then enter your first and last name and click Sign up.

Check your email. You will receive a verification email and be prompted to create your password. Once these are set, you can login to submit future requests at any time.
Add an Idea

After navigating to the correct Aha! Idea board for your product, you can add an idea by clicking the + ADD A NEW IDEA button in the upper left-hand corner of the screen.
NOTE: Before posting any suggestions, it is always a good idea to search the current product board to see if anyone else has already proposed the feature(s) that you are interested in applying. If another user has posted an idea like yours, you can always increase visibility by upvoting their idea or adding additional comments.

Fill out all required fields for the idea you have for your product.

Idea title: Enter a title for your idea, usually one sentence

App Type: Select from dropdown menu (e.g. Provider App, Client Portal, etc)

Choose a category for this idea: Select from dropdown (e.g. Dynamic forms, Billing & Payments, Reporting, etc.)

Please add more details: Let us know why you think this idea would be useful, and how it should work.

Click the ADD IDEA button at the bottom of the form when finished to post your idea.

Once your idea is posted, you will automatically be subscribed to emails for any comments or status updates.
Vote for a Feature Request
You can vote on feature requests that others have submitted. The more votes an idea gets the more it moves up in priority with our product team.

Navigate to the feedback/suggestion board for your product (see Find Your Product above).

Use the search bar to locate a Feature Request of interest

Click the VOTE button next to the idea
Add a Comment to a Feature Request
Once a feature request has been created, you can add questions, comments, or additional information that may be helpful.

Navigate to the feedback/suggestion board for your product (see Find Your Product above).

Use the search bar to locate the desired Feature Request.

Click on the title of the request to open the idea in a new screen.

Click the +Add a comment button.

Once you have finished writing your comment, don’t forget to click the Post comment button to publish your thoughts.
NOTE: You may also choose to only share your comment with our employees if you would prefer not to make your comments available to other Ensora Health users who visit our product feedback boards.
