The Ensora Health Customer Community is filled with valuable insights—from product how-to's to peer-shared advice and official announcements. To save time and avoid duplicate questions, it’s best to search before posting. Here’s how to make your searches more effective.

Jump to Section:

Use the Global Search Bar

The global search bar at the top of the Experience Hub lets you search across:

  • Discussion threads

  • Knowledge Base articles

  • Product updates

  • Webinars

  • Courses & Learning Paths

TIP: We recommend using broad keywords first, then narrowing your search as needed.

Be Specific with Your Keywords

The more targeted your search, the better your results.

  • For example, instead of searching “training” try searching “Ensora Mental Health Billing”

  • Be sure to include:

  • Product or feature names (“ABA Suite”, “Client Dashboard”)

  • Action words (reset, enroll, troubleshoot, export)

  • Known issue descriptions or exact terms from an error message

Apply Filters to Narrow Results

If your search returns a lot of results, use filters to refine what you see. Currently available filters include:

  • Type – Filter by article, community thread, course, or event.

  • Community Hub Category – Focus on a specific product discussion area in the community.

  • Knowledge Hub Category – Limit to a particular section of product knowledge.

  • Release Notes – Find updates related to specific releases or product changes.

  • Tags and Keywords – Narrow to posts with specific topics or labels.

Look for Verified or Solution-Marked Content

Save time by going straight to the answers you can count on.

  • In the Customer Community, posts marked with Best Answer or Solved have been confirmed as helpful.

  • In the Knowledge Hub, pinned articles are often the most reliable starting points

Use Quotation Marks for Exact Phrases

Searching for a specific title or sentence? Use quotes.

  • Example: “how to bill patients”
