Enroll in a Course

Courses are focused, standalone learning experiences on a specific topic. Courses are ideal if you want to dive into a specific feature, concept, or workflow without committing to a broader curriculum. Each course is typically short and focused, often including videos, resources, and a short quiz.

1. Navigate to the Training Hub from the Ensora Experience Hub dashboard. Don’t forget to login using your credentials.

   

    

2. Select Course Catalog.

   

    

3. Use filters or the search bar to find courses by topic, feature, or role. Look for content that aligns with your immediate needs.

   

    

4. If you find a course that interests you, click the View or Enroll button. This will give you a chance to review the course description, estimated time, objectives, and content outline. This helps you understand what you'll learn and how it applies to your work.

   

    

5. When you select a course you wish to take, select the Enroll button on the upper left of the course details page. Once clicked, the Enroll button should change to say Start Course. Clicking on the Start Course button will launch the course content. Your progress will be saved automatically as you go.

Enroll in a Learning Path

Learning Paths are curated collections of related courses designed to guide you through a broader theme or role-based skill set. Learning Paths are best when you’re looking to build end-to-end knowledge on a topic or role. Each path includes a sequence of related courses, completed in order, with a clear progression from foundational to advanced concepts.

1. Navigate to the Training Hub from the Ensora Experience Hub dashboard. Don’t forget to login using your credentials.

   

    

2. Select Learning Paths.

   

    

3. Use the search bar to find learning paths by topic, feature, or role. Look for content that aligns with your immediate needs.

4. If you find a Learning Path that interests you, click the View or Enroll button. This will give you a chance to review the overall goal of the path, the courses it includes, and the recommended order.

   

    

5. When you select a Learning Path you wish to take, click Start Path on the upper left of the path details page. Once clicked, the button should change to say Continue. Clicking on the Continue button will bring you to the first course in the path.

   

    

6. Clicking the Start Course button will launch the course content. Your progress will be saved automatically as you go.

Track Your Progress

Tracking your progress helps you stay motivated, organized, and aware of how much you’ve accomplished, especially if you're working toward role-specific goals or certifications. It also allows you to easily pick up where you left off, see what’s next in a learning path, and demonstrate your professional development to your team or manager.

1. Navigate to the Training Hub from the Ensora Experience Hub dashboard. Don’t forget to login using your credentials.

   

    

2. Select My Dashboard.

   

    

3. Your dashboard will show you all of the courses and learning paths that you are enrolled in as well as any registered webinars. Completed content will show a progress bar and completion status.

   

    

4. A full transcript of all of your courses along with links to certificates can be found in the Transcript section of the platform accessible through the drop-down menu under your profile logo in the upper right corner of the platform.
