Has anyone figured out a way to account for the processing fees in Stripe when paying providers? I was told that there’s not a report that shows what providers are actually owed - minus the processing fee that changes depending on many factors and can’t be deducted using a simple formula in a spreadsheet.

Hi @xXUmbraXx

The recommended reporting we suggest for customers is the in app reporting. The Ensora Payments report shows the Gross processing amount totals, fee totals and then Net amount (which is gross amount minus the fees).

There is reporting in Stripe that you can review as secondary reporting, though the way it is presented may be different from layout from Ensora Reporting. We do promote Stripe with providing additional reporting so you can surely check Stripe reports too. There are 2 reports you can find in your Stripe Dashboard. The Balance Summary and The Payout Reconciliation. The Payout Reconciliation Report is helpful for fees, though they both show this data- just structured a little differently. The fees (amount) overall remains the same so there shouldn't be a difference on that also.
