NPI's on Eligiblity Requests

When attempting to send an Eligibility Report for a payer we currently only have the option to add our Group NPI as the “Provider” instead of each clinician’s NPI as a provider.  


How do I add each clinician’s NPI to these requests?  Their NPI’s are listed in their user profiles.

Hi ​@e7205df6_chrisanne_fpthsv.com, thank you so much for your question. I’ve done some research into your question and what you’ve brought up right now is actually a platform limitation. Currently, Ensora Rehab Therapy only supports eligibility reporting by Group NPI or whichever NPI has been selected as the default billing NPI.

It’s only been an issue for us in the last 24 hours...we’ve not changed any information.

​@e7205df6_chrisanne_fpthsv.com if your version of the system did at one point support the functionality to report by individual clinician NPI and it has only just stopped doing that now, I would recommend filling out a support ticket. The article below lays out step by step instructions for navigating the Support Hub and submitting a ticket.
