Missing charges from one therapist

Without direct access into your system, I can’t say for sure, but it’s possible that the therapist has not signed off their daily notes, which is what creates the claim for our team to submit. I would suggest running a Incomplete Documents Summary report to see if there are outstanding documents for any of your therapists. This link will walk you through that process:
