I recently had to update my payment method for my Ensora subscription and now text reminders aren’t going out. I have checked the settings in my profile and email reminders are turned on but I don’t see anywhere to turn text reminders back on. I really rely on that feature so my clients are able to cancel via text 24-hours prior to their appointment time. This setting is turned on (see attached screenshot) but it’s not clear whether it’s email or text. I previously had emails go out 48-hours prior to the appointment and texts go out 24-hours prior. Help please?

 

Hi ​@RachelleA, thank you so much for sharing your question on the Community. From what I’m seeing in the screenshot you share, it looks like your subscription plan does not include text messaging. Typically, when customers go into the Appointment Reminders area to set up their reminders, the system shows a tab in that section for each type of reminder that can be setup depending on the customer’s subscription plan. For example, if you look at the screenshot below, there are three tabs including email, phone and text. 

 

 

The screenshot you shared only includes the email tab, which indicates that your subscription does not currently include text reminders. If you feel this is an error, I’d recommend filling out a support ticket. Here is a link to an article that outlines exactly how to submit a ticket to our team 

 


Yes but I can't find that setting in the subscription settings. I've looked everywhere and I don't think it should be this complicated.
