Hello, 

I am up for yearly renewal and want to explore the new Theranest pricing. I’ve sent out a few messages starting in November of last year but I haven’t heard back. What is the process to changing to the new pricing?

Hi ​@Marelindostlicswllc! If you’re ready to switch to our updated pricing model, here’s how to do it:

  1. Note your renewal date (find it in Org > Manage Subscription > View Renewal Date). Your subscription will be cancelled on the renewal date.
  2. Cancel your current subscription close to that date to avoid extra charges. No refunds are issued for unused time. Don’t worry, all your data will stay in your account, regardless of subscription changes.
  3. Once your subscription is cancelled, you'll see a prompt to resubscribe
  4. Choose your new plan and complete the setup. If you need help choosing a plan, you can view TheraNest Pricing Plans.

Hi I tried to do this today but instead when I went to renew it just renewed my last subcription. It never gave me the option to switch to the new pricing, now my renewal date is for 2027. I am afraid that I’ll be charged twice if I tried to cancel again. Not sure where to go from here. Please advise.

@Marelindostlicswllc, it seems like this might be a back end issue that is happening with your account. I’d recommend opening up a Support ticket. This article can guide you through that process.
