Help for my Office Manager (Theranest Screens)

I have been unable to get help from Ensora on this issue and wondering if anyone else has found a fix for this.  My office manager comes in a selects the staff for the day on the “schedule” tab.  She can see a list of appointments for everyone working that day.  When a client attempts to schedule an appointment, she must move to the individual calendar to do that.  When she returns to the “schedule” screen it lists “all” staff and she must go through the process again of choosing the counselors she wants to see.  The changes have caused a lot of extra steps and work and is slowing down the front desk.  Any ideas?

Hi ​@Kryals! Your office manager should not have to move to an individual calendar for appointment scheduling. You can create Client Appointments from the Schedule or Client page. You have a lot of flexibility within the Schedule tab to filter for multiple staff and availabilities so that she can see what she needs to see. Then, from the Schedule or Availability tab, she would simply need to click the +New Appointment button in the upper right hand corner of the window. This will cause the New Appointment window to open out over the calendar, but she would still be able to see the staff calendars she has open to book a time.
