I use Doxy for telehealth and would like to keep using that. Is there a way for me to make that telehealth link the one shown on appointments? I’ve already edited the reminders to be correct, but I want to make sure people aren’t logging into the portal and using the theranest link.

This selection is not something that has any bearing on billing, it is not reported to insurance, but the Forum selection is what generates a telehealth link for providers who do use our TheraNest telehealth service. So by selecting the other option, you’ll insure that the client never sees any kind of link from TheraNest when they log into the portal and you can still list “Telehealth” under the Location field. You can also still edit your email reminders to include your link from Doxy. I’ve included a screenshot below of the appointment scheduling window so that you can see what I’m talking about.
