My provider is not able to prescribe controlled substances all of a sudden. As an admin. I need to approved something but don’t know where to go to do this?

Hi ​@shmitsch, thank you for posting in the community! Administrators have the ability to grant and revoke permission for providers who register to use the EPCS system. It sounds like that is the case for what you need to do here to adjust your provider’s permissions. This article will guide you through that process.

I have granted the prescriber permission and it says she needs to complete things on her end but she is not having success.  

 

What does she need to do now?

@shmitsch in that case, because it sounds like an error specific to your system, I recommend we log a ticket with support. If you haven’t done this yet, this article will guide you through navigating the new Support Hub and logging a ticket. You can also continue to check the status of that ticket in that hub.

I have been chatting through Theranest and have a ticket there. Do I need to do a different one in Ensora  Support Hub?

Not at all! If you have a ticket there, you should still be able to see it’s status in our Support Hub. But they will also email to reach out with updates.
