download multiple files and folders

​@LOUISp Thanks for asking—totally hear you on the workload here. Today the system only supports downloading one document at a time from General Documents. The Copy/Paste you see is limited to moving items within General or Clinical Documents; it uses the site’s internal clipboard (not your computer’s), so it won’t paste files to your desktop.

A few practical tips teams use to make this less painful right now:

• Batch prep, then rapid-click: First, gather items into a single folder (using the in-app Copy/Move), then open each file’s download in a new tab/window so multiple downloads complete in parallel.

• Name & sort first: Standardize filenames (date_client_type, etc.) and sort/filter so you can work top-to-bottom quickly without hunting.

• Timebox the export: Do it in short batches (e.g., by subfolder or date range) so you can track progress and avoid misses.

I know that’s not true bulk export. If this capability would meaningfully reduce admin time for your team, I’m happy to echo it internally to our product team.
