Hello, I’m interested in setting up different colors for each office location and if that works, next would be different colors for location + service, so several options. Is that possible? I’ve watched the videos and can only seem to change one color for the calendar. I need step by step instructions, if possible. Thank you!

NOTE: When you are showing multiple staff and filtering for availability, the staff calendar will show blocks of time with the color codes that the staff have selected in their profiles for the Calendar backgrounds. Alternately, if you have Admin permissions, you can edit the staff’s calendar colors for them as you add them into the system (see link below)
Thanks, I am looking for more than one color for the calendar background that would then correspond to the location of the clinic. The service codes would work as a stopgap but is not really all that helpful. The colors of each staff member doesn’t help because any them may work at any of our locations. I really need a way to choose color based on address of the clinic or telehealth option. Is that possible?

Thanks for letting me know. Is it on the list for any future updates to the system? Not sure if most people using this have multiple locations but would be very useful for those of us that do.

I was wondering the same thing. Being able to color coordinate appointment types and locations would be really helpful. We had this feature in IntakeQ, and it made things much easier to manage. I’d like to advocate for bringing that functionality into Ensora as well.
