Are Theranest clients able to complete general documents (ie, intake, credit card, insurance, etc) after the client is archived?

Hi ​@dwight1717 ! Thanks for posting. Currently, archived clients cannot access the Client Portal in TheraNest. This means they are unable to complete general documents such as intake forms, credit card authorizations, or insurance information once their profile is archived. Basically the client portal is archived along with the client. This limitation is part of the system’s design to ensure archived clients are fully inactive.
