Client Profile not Loading

As of the new update yesterday, February 11, 2026, the client profile page is down for my entire practice. We can’t access a LOT of information. Help and advice please.

Hi ​@jdb, I’ve checked the status of TheraNest and this does not appear to be a known issue at present. Have you opened a case to report this to our support team? For future reference, here are the steps to open a case, which is the most effective way of reporting bugs to our team.
