Will the completed client intake documents still be stored under general documents ?

Hi ​@SusanM! Yes you can receive and View Completed Intake Forms under Client Details > General Documents.

Will they moved under client forms tab once client has completed ?

​@SusanM for clarification, are you asking if the client can see the completed form under their forms tab in the client portal once they’ve completed it? Or are you asking where staff/admins can see completed intake forms for clients?
