PERMISSIONS REQUIRED: Therapists can view Assigned Clients, Administrators can view all Clients.
You can easily view which Clients have no upcoming Appointments scheduled via the Client list.
- Click Clients in the navigation bar, then select either All Clients or My Clients from the drop-down.
- Click the Settings drop-down.
- Ensure Next Appointment is selected.
- Enter a dash in the search field ( - ) to view Client's with no upcoming Appointments.
